We are seeking highly qualified talent with professional experience in leading the team to manage and optimize multiple digital marketing channels. The position will be in charge of performance of our clients by managing the team who are responsible for planning, day to day execution, reporting, ...

• Leading a team (3-8 people) to provide the best performance to our clients
• Be responsible for the team's KPI (revenue, profit) and client KPI’s (CPO, ROI,...)
• Training, coaching and building the team who can deliver the client's KPI
• Manage and improve optimization program and system
• Force the team to identify trends/ insights, and optimize spend/performance based on the insights
• Develop team's expertise in Digital Marketing channels such as Google Adwords, Facebook Ads…

Skills & Knowledge & Qualification

• Strong experience in project management & managing people
• Analytical skills & problem solving skill are the MUST
• Entrepreneurial mindset - driven, self-motivated, can-do attitude, bring optimism and positive energy to the team
• Constantly inspired to improve ways of doing things to eliminate recurring problems and pain points
• Experienced in Digital marketing, especially Data-driven Marketing is a plus
