Mô tả công việc:

- Lead the implementation and maintenance of PPAP (Production Part Approval Process) and FAI (First Article Inspection) documentation for automotive and aerospace aluminum parts.

- Develop and maintain quality documentation for dimensional reports in compliance with industry standards and customer requirements.

- Utilize knowledge of CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machine) equipment for precise quality control and measurement.

- Ensure effective communication with international clients by possessing a good understanding of English.

- Offer expertise in welding, machining, and forming processes, providing an advantage to the production and supply of aluminum parts.

- Perform and oversee LPI (Liquid Penetrant Inspection), UT (Ultrasonic Testing), hardness testing, and dimensional checks, generating comprehensive reports to maintain quality standards.

Yêu cầu:

- Previous experience and expertise in the automotive and aerospace industries, specifically in the production and supply of aluminum parts.

- Proficiency in PPAP and FAI documentation processes.

- Ability to create and manage quality documentation for dimensional reports.

- Familiarity with CMM equipment and its application in quality control.

- Excellent understanding of English, particularly for effective communication with international clients.

- Knowledge of welding, machining, and forming processes, providing an additional advantage.

- Capability to conduct and oversee LPI, UT, hardness testing, and dimensional checks, with the ability to generate detailed reports.

- Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field, with a focus on quality management or a relevant discipline.

- Proven experience in a similar role within the automotive or aerospace industry, with a track record of successfully managing quality processes.

- Certification or training in PPAP documentation and FAI processes is highly desirable.

- Proficiency in utilizing CMM equipment and interpreting measurement data.

- Strong attention to detail, precision, and the ability to maintain accuracy in quality documentation and reporting.

• Salary: Negotiable based on ability and efficiency
