- Analyzing international and regional market and planning required resources.

- Identifying new markets and potential partners to promote in the market via multiple channels including Alibaba, Whatsapp, Website,…

- Monitoring all export sales transactions and reviewing orders. Resolving the queries of customers related to exports.

- Managing export sales and ensuring compliance with the procedures of the company. Coordinating relationships with internal departments including Documents, Accountants, Mill,...

- Maintaining good customer relationships and handling claims regarding the orders.

- Bachelor’s degree (Foreign Trade/International Business, Import-Export or

equivalent..)

- Minimum 1-2 years of experience with the same position.

- Good command of English for communication.

- Being good at MS Offices is an advantage.

- Being careful, honesty, conscientious and enthusiastic and willing to learn.

- Office location: Viet Hung, Long Bien, Hanoi

- Salary: 13.000.000 - 17.000.000 VND
