Your Responsibilities
- Active to answer the inquiries of users (sellers or buyers) about LienMall service.
- Be the first person to update and learn about the development of LienMall Ecommerce Platform.
- Set up and build up the working procedure with existing users.
- Edit the guideline to support users to use the service.
- Collect the data and feedback from users to develop LienMall service.
- Support others departments to receive and deliver the information to users (New features, events, promotions ect.).

Who you are
- 1+ years of proven track record in Commerce sales and mobile advertising industry.
- Good communication skills in Vietnamese and English.
