• Design, Development, and Maintenance: Lead the design, development, and maintenance of middleware solutions that support business applications.
• Middleware Architecture Management: Manage the middleware architecture using serverless technologies, ensuring scalability and reliability.
• Service Integration: Integrate various services through REST APIs, ensuring secure and efficient data flow between systems.
• Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders, development teams, and system architects to gather requirements and develop middleware strategies.
• Project Management: Plan, prioritize, and execute projects, ensuring that deadlines are met and quality standards are upheld.
• Effective Communication: Maintain clear communication with both internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless middleware operations.
• System Monitoring and Optimization: Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement enhancements to optimize middleware functionality.
• Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior developers and team members.

Requirements:

• Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• Professional Experience: More than 5 years of hands-on experience in middleware development and integration.
• Leadership & Project Coordination: Strong communication and planning abilities, capable of leading and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript with experience building serverless architectures (e.g., AWS Lambda, API Gateway).
• Solid understanding of AWS services, including EC2, S3, and RDS.
• Expertise in designing and implementing RESTful APIs
• Collaboration & Teamwork: Skilled in working effectively within cross-functional teams.
• Language Proficiency: Fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to have:

• Experience working with Odoo ERP systems.
• Knowledge of microservices architecture and containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
• Experience in leading or managing middleware teams.
