• Design, develop, and maintain MIS and SBV Regulatory Reporting applications for banking systems
• Develop backend services using Java
• Build and optimize complex SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and reporting
• Support regulatory submissions to SBV and other authorities, as well as business/compliance reporting
• Handle large-scale data processing while ensuring data accuracy and consistency
• Collaborate with business and compliance teams to meet reporting timelines
• Provide system enhancement, troubleshooting, and production support when required
• Work within enterprise-scale and compliance-driven environments

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Java backend development in banking or financial services
• Strong expertise in complex SQL, especially Oracle SQL in working with large data volumes and reporting systems
• Good understanding of banking data structures and financial reporting workflows
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fields
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in enterprise and regulated environments
• Experience with MIS systems or SBV regulatory reporting is a strong advantage
• Experience in global delivery or outsourcing projects is a plus
• Fluent in English communication
