• Build and maintain robust, scalable backend APIs and services using modern tools and cloud infrastructure.
• Develop and optimize web interfaces that seamlessly integrate with backend systems.
• Implement customer-facing features and enhancements that drive business performance.
• Partner with product managers, designers, and engineers to gather requirements and transform them into effective solutions.
• Manage the complete software development lifecycle—from requirement analysis to design, implementation, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
• Write and maintain technical documentation for system architecture and engineering decisions.

REQUIREMENTS

• 4+ years of hands-on experience in full-stack development, with strong skills in Java for backend and React.js for frontend.
• Proficient in Java/JEE with expertise in frameworks such as Spring Boot, Spring Security, and Spring Data.
• Strong frontend development experience with React.js, ES6+, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Knowledge of state management tools like Redux or Context API.
• Deep understanding of RESTful API design and integration.
• Comfortable with Git-based workflows, pull requests, and collaborative coding practices.
• Solid experience with both relational (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB) databases, including performance optimization.
• Hands-on experience with Docker for containerization.
• Familiar with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI.
• Practical experience in cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and Kubernetes for managing and deploying containerized applications.
• Strong analytical and debugging skills.
• Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written).
• Able to work collaboratively in a fast-paced Agile team.
• Self-driven, eager to learn, and up-to-date with modern development practices.
