·      Saving all suppoting documents in system to the designed folder/ Lưu trữ các tài liệu đi kèm trong hệ thống vào mục hồ sơ quy định.

·      Send the Sales INV for approval and upload to Client’s ePortal, if any./ Gửi hóa đơn bán hàng cho khách qua ePortal, nếu có.

·      Update costing sheet for each job as intructed./ Cập nhật chi phí cho từng mục công việc theo hướng dẫn

Competency/Yêu cầu:

·       Degree/ Diploma in Engineering or Equivalent./ Tốt nghiệp chuyên ngành kỹ thuật.

·       Proficient in using MS office, especially MS Excel/ Sử dụng thành thạo MS office, đặc biệt là MS Excel.

·       Good communicaiton skills / Kỹ năng giao tiếp tốt.

·       Knowledge in commercial work scopes would be advantaged./ Hiểu biết về công việc thương mại là lợi thế.
