As a Marketing Senior/Leader in DNBC Financial Group, you are joining a firm that will invest in your professional development. Your responsibilities include: 

• Manage and train the marketing team.
• Establish a brand positioning, define a target audience and develop a marketing plan with specific goals across different channels and segments.
• Analyze customer insights, customer lifecycle, consumption trends, and market analysis to provide information on outreach strategies, increase customer conversions and generate more leads.
• Lead, supervise, coordinate and direct the implementation of marketing strategies across multiple channels.
• Evaluate performance and report analysis of marketing campaigns across multiple platforms.
• Optimize ineffective marketing campaigns.
• Analyze customer feedback across multiple marketing platforms.
• Conceptualize content and execute multi-channel campaigns across the entire spectrum of potential customers, and ensure messaging is transparent, seamless, and consistent across media channels.
• Build relationships with the media.
• Present ideas and report to senior management on marketing programs, strategies, and budgets.

• Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Marketing, Business or related field
• Excellent English written and communication skills
• Experience in identifying target audiences across multiple channels, developing multi-channel marketing plans and campaigns.
• Creative thinking

• Strong project management, multitasking, data-driven, and decision-making skills
• Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools
• Proficient in the use of word processing and spreadsheet software.
• Proficient in online marketing and social media strategies
• Knowledge of website analysis and digital marketing tools.
