- Strategy development and planning of campaigns that can promote the business and generate genuine traffic (both offline and online).
- Implementation of the marketing campaigns right from ideation to final analysis and refinement.
- Creating engaging and informative content for the website, blog, social media, and any other content marketing channels that the business might leverage Ensure a consistent brand presence for mesoneer in Vietnam. This includes the internal (e.g., office space) and external (e.g., attendance of career fairs) appearance.
- Develop relevant technical and non-technical content for multiple marketing material types such as websites, articles, brochures, and social media channels.
- Report and analyze content performance to maximize content impact
- You are responsible for marketing plans and budgets.
- You support HR in employer branding activities. Together, you define measures to increase the awareness of the company and to position mesoneer as an attractive employer.

- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role for an IT company or relevant experience in either Marketing or Employer Branding.
- Excellent written and spoken English and Vietnamese skills with relevant experience in creating content for online and offline media in both languages (MUST: please submit text samples with your application).
- Experience in organizing events and working with third-party providers (e.g. for collaterals).
- Can-do attitude, the ability to multi-task, and resilience.
- A strong communicator who is highly motivated, fast learning, and open to challenges.
- Design (Adobe CC) and photography skills are an asset.
Strong experience in HR marketing activities is a must.
