* Strategic Planning:
- Develop and execute the annual business strategy and annual marketing and trade plans, ensuring alignment with company goals and market opportunities.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to inform strategic decisions and identify new business opportunities.
* Trade Marketing Execution:
- Coordinate and implement trade marketing activities, including promotions, campaigns, point-of-sale materials, and in-store activations.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team, marketing team, supply chain team, and brand principals to ensure timely and effective execution of trade marketing plans.
* Marketing Campaign Management:
- Support the creation and execution of integrated marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, events, product launches, and consumer promotions.
- Monitor campaign effectiveness and adjust strategies based on performance metrics and feedback.
* Budget Management:
- Prepare and manage the marketing and trade marketing budgets, ensuring cost-effective utilization and reporting accuracy.
- Track expenditures, reconcile budgets, and provide regular financial updates to management.
* Performance Analysis:
- Compile and analyze data related to marketing and trade marketing activities to measure performance against KPIs.
- Prepare insightful reports highlighting key learnings, opportunities, and recommended actions.
* Stakeholder Coordination:
- Maintain effective communication and collaboration with internal teams, external agencies, suppliers, and trade partners to ensure coordinated efforts.
- Organize meetings and presentations, effectively communicating plans and outcomes to stakeholders.
Requirement
* Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
* Experience:
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in marketing or trade marketing within the FMCG industry.
- Proven experience in campaign execution, trade promotions, and market analysis.
