Learning & Development Specialist

DEK Technologies Vietnam is continuously growing, and the Learning & Development Team is looking for an active, professional, and caring Learning & Development Specialist. This position will collaborate with other members in Learning and Development Team to maintain and develop continuous learning culture in company.  

Key Responsibilities:

I. Training and Development (70%)

1. Conduct Training Need Analysis (TNA)

• Work with Department Head, Line Managers to identify employees’ functional/ technical skills and Leadership competency gaps
• Work with HR Manager, General Director to propose programs, courses or workshops conducted by 3rd party service providers and approved vendors for relevant staff training – for critical courses with approved budget

2.    Develop Training Program

• Making overall plan for training activities, outlining specific courses happening throughout the year, including periodical courses, updating irregular courses
• Develop internal training program
• Coordinator with Subject Master Expert to design training roadmap, training curriculum

3.    Implement Training Program

• Deliver internal and external training program
• Manage learning tools, LMS system

4.    Evaluate Training courses

• Evaluate training effectiveness, improve efficiency, and make adjustment if necessary
• Monitor training content to ensure most updated knowledge, applying best practices in learning and development
• Manage reports and dashboards to visually present ideas and quickly map out issues with the business, making a quality decision

II. Talent Management (15%)

• Coordinator with Department Managers & Line Managers to identify specific competencies
• Support L&D Team Leader to develop, deliver & evaluate the effectiveness of leadership development program and talent development program

III. Employee Well-being (15%)

• Plan & Organize Employee Well-being Program

Qualification and Job Requirements:

- University Degree.

- Minimum of 3 years of Learning and Development experience

- Good English communication

- Strong communication skills, especially public speaking and presentation.

- Good problem-solving skills.

- Strong time management and teamwork skills.

- Highly proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) and data management

​Preferred Skills

- Good knowledge of LMS, authoring tools or other kinds of E-learning system is an advantage

- Strong critical thinking and/or analytical thinking is an advantage

- Passionate in learning and catching up with Learning and Development trend
