Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the full-cycle recruitment process for technical and IT roles across Vietnam.
- Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to define role requirements and recruitment strategies.
- Develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline through sourcing, networking, and proactive outreach.
- Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates to ensure alignment with job requirements and company culture.
- Manage a small team of recruiters and provide guidance, training, and performance feedback.
- Maintain accurate recruitment reports, dashboards, and candidate tracking using ATS and Excel tools.
- Stay up to date on the latest hiring trends, salary benchmarks, and talent availability in the Vietnam and Southeast Asia markets.
HR Setup & Compliance Responsibilities:
- Establish HR processes, policies, and the employee handbook for Vietnam operations.
- Ensure full compliance with Vietnamese labor code, social insurance, personal income tax (PIT), and other statutory requirements.
- Liaise with government bodies, payroll vendors, and compliance consultants.
- Work closely with the India HQ HR team to align global HR policies with local Vietnamese needs.
- Manage payroll, social insurance, employee contracts, and employee benefits.
- Implement systems for attendance, leave management, and performance evaluation.
- Maintain accurate HR records and an up-to-date employee database.
Requirements:
- 5–8 years of experience in technical recruitment, preferably within IT/Tech sectors.
- Prior experience recruiting in Vietnam talent markets.
- Strong communication skills in Vietnamese and English (both verbal and written).
- Hands-on experience with sourcing tools (LinkedIn, Job Portals, Social Media, etc.).
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment CRM tools.
- Excellent stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote/hybrid environment and handle multiple roles simultaneously.
