We help our clients strengthen their businesses by streamlining workflow, taking full ownership of their data assets, increasing customer retention rate, rapidly gaining brand awareness/recognition, and fulfilling their product management system. 

Packtica is a security printing company that provides high-technology security solutions for businesses, such as variable data printing (VDP) and an online authentication system. We have 5 branches across S.E.A, HQ in Malaysia, and 4 branches in Thailand, the Philippines, Indonesia & Vietnam (NEW). At Packtica, we uphold 4fourcore values: Trust, Innovative, Connect & Accountability, to guide us in serving our customers better. 

To fuel our sales fire, we are looking for self-motivated B2B Sales Executives who are hungry to learn, crave a challenge, and feel energized to roll up their sleeves and launch their careers with us. You will be joining our pioneering team in HCMC Vietnam. This role involves finding leads, building relationships, making connections, and strategic problem-solving. Here, you will have the opportunity to change lives and contribute to the community for good. 

  • Working Location: 121 bis Nguyen Van Troi, Ward 12 (Phu Nhuan District, HCMC)
  • Working Hours: 8:30 AM - 6 PM (Mon - Fri)


  • Prospecting and Building potential leads depend on industry assigned
  • Cold calling to qualify leads 
  • Find sales opportunities 
  • Setting appointment/meeting to discover and increase win probability
  • Follow-ups tighten with a prospect after calling & meeting 
  • Providing a proper proposal depending on the prospect’s needs 
  • Negotiating with the prospect to get a final decision 
  • Close opportunities that opened before 
  • After-sales took care of payment and delivery 
  • Ensure clients get the total items 
  • Collect money depending on the payment terms 
  • Input information and log activities into CRM 
  • Another task assigned

  • You have 01-02 years of experience in B2B Sales in the sales process, presentation, and communication
  • Be brave to make a cold call and receive the rejection 
  • Eager to learn and curious about new things 
  • With an open and visionary mind - for customers and yourself in the company
  • You are part of a team - need to be a team player & we support each other
  • Be proactive - positive thinking - be optimistic - serve & solve problems like yours 
  • We will help you address your objectives. You need to be self-driven to get things done 
  • Know-how to use CRM/Experienced with CRM or customer management system 
  • MUST be outspoken, straightforward, and with integrity 
  • Our working environment is fast-paced and has to be adaptive.
  • Willing and ready to change when new things come or happen 
  • Take the DISC test, which will be provided
