Mô tả công việc

  • Build and manage relationships with clients, ensuring smooth delivery of logistics solutions.
  • Act as the main point of contact for key accounts, resolving issues and identifying opportunities for account growth.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to customize services that meet the specific needs of each client.
  • Stay updated on market trends and offer insights to improve business strategies.
  • Drive sales efforts with clear targets, working towards growth within the Korean market.
  • Provide regular updates on account performance and maintain compliance with company policies.
  • Assist in any additional tasks as needed by management.

Requirements:

  • Fluent in Korean and English.
  • Experience in sales or account management in logistics or freight forwarding (4+ years).
  • Proven success in building long-term client relationships and achieving sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Comfortable with travel for business as needed.
