• Participate in the end-to-end software development lifecycle, from design to deployment and maintenance.
• Design, develop, and implement Java/J2EE applications, ensuring code quality and performance.
• Write clean, maintainable code and perform unit testing to ensure system reliability.
• Produce detailed technical designs and contribute to architectural discussions.
• Optimize application performance and implement best practices for high-quality delivery.
• Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior developers.
• Collaborate with team members to brainstorm solutions and continuously improve development standards.

Requirements

Must have:

• 3–5 years of experience working with J2EE / Java technologies.
• Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Analysis & Design (OOAD), Java Core, and common design patterns.
• Solid hands-on experience with Java 8 / Java 11, Spring Framework (Spring MVC 5), and relational databases such as MySQL and PostgreSQL.
• Practical experience developing web applications using Spring MVC, Spring Security 5, Spring Boot 2, and WebFlux 5.
• Experience designing and implementing systems based on microservices architecture.
• Proficiency with build and dependency management tools such as Maven and Gradle.
• Experience using load testing and profiling tools to optimize application performance.
• Good English communication skills.

Level Senior:

• Proven leadership and people management skills, with experience leading teams of up to 5 engineers.
• Strong expertise in system architecture design, detailed technical design, and source code reviews.
• Exposure to or knowledge of cryptocurrency or blockchain-related systems is an advantage.
• Knowledge of or certification in COSPRO is considered a plus.
