Reporting to: Global B2B Marketing Director
Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Specialist to join our B2B team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the B2B business through impactful marketing campaigns and organizing engaging events, webinars, and workshops both online and offline. You will have the opportunity to influence and create valuable content that resonates with our target audience, enhancing our brand awareness and driving demand generation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Campaign Planning and Execution: Develop and implement marketing campaigns tailored to our target audience in Japan, focusing on increasing brand visibility, engagement, and lead generation.
- Event Management: Plan, organize, and execute a range of events, webinars, and workshops targeted at companies, schools, and C-level executives. This includes budgeting, venue selection, agenda development, speaker coordination, logistics, and post-event evaluation.
- Content Creation: Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to create compelling content such as presentations, case studies, and interactive activities that highlight our product's benefits.
- Digital Marketing: Work closely with agencies to manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns across platforms like Facebook, LinkedIn, LINE, email marketing, and Google Ads, using A/B testing to improve performance.
- Lead Generation and Management: Ensure the quality of leads generated from campaigns, manage their integration into the sales pipeline, and analyze conversion rates and ROI.
- Marketing Analytics: Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and events by measuring KPIs such as attendance, engagement, lead generation, and conversion rates. Report on the performance against set goals.
- Collaborative Strategy Development: Work closely with business development, customer success, and other cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
- Other Duties: Perform additional tasks as assigned by the direct supervisor to achieve departmental goals.
Job Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years in digital/performance marketing roles, with a strong track record of driving lead generation and engagement.
- Digital Marketing Expertise: Proficient in managing campaigns on platforms such as Facebook, LINE, LinkedIn, Google Ads, Google Tag Manager, and Google Analytics.
- Event Marketing Skills: Demonstrated experience in planning and executing successful events and webinars, with a focus on lead generation and demand creation.
- Project Management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Japanese Copywriting and Communication: Excellent Japanese copywriting skills with the ability to create engaging content and communicate effectively with both internal teams and external partners.
- English Proficiency: Ability to converse and collaborate in English within the company.
- Analytical Mindset: Data-driven approach to measuring and optimizing marketing performance.
