- Briefing/Writing job descriptions and posting jobs on the social media, job boards.
- Take CV, screen out CV, select qualified candidate from Fresher to C-level (Software Engineer, Designer, QA, BA, Admin, Accountant,..) candidates and submit to Hiring manager. Arranging interview schedules between hiring manager and job applicants. Interviewing, assessment, negotiate directly with qualified candidates.
- Searching and sending email job invitation to potential candidates.
- Offering and preparing the relevant paperwork for newie.
- Follow-up new employees during probationary period and after.
- Build a network in IT industry
- Building yearly recruitment strategy and budget.
- 3 years to 5 years of experience in recruiting IT positions
- Good communication in English
- Understand the recruitment process
- Good communication skill, good negotiation skill, teamwork skill
