• Maintain operation of QMS (including CMS) according to SOP
• Duy trì hoạt động của Hệ thống Quản lý Chất lượng (bao gồm Hệ thống Quản lý Thay đổi) theo Quy trình vận hành chuẩn (SOP)
• Propose to improve QMS, CMS to Manager
• Đề xuất cải tiến hệ thống QMS và CMS cho Quản lý
• Respond to QMS requirements from Customer/OHQ/WP
• Đáp ứng các yêu cầu liên quan đến QMS từ Khách hàng/OHQ/WP
• Update requirements of new model related to QMS
• Cập nhật các yêu cầu của mẫu mới có liên quan đến QMS
• Respond to internal/external audit (QMS, CMS) and follow up results
• Phản hồi các cuộc đánh giá nội bộ/bên ngoài (QMS, CMS) và theo dõi kết quả
• Prepare QMS reports (management review, quality reports, KPIs)
• Lập các báo cáo liên quan đến QMS (xem xét của lãnh đạo, chất lượng, chỉ số KPI)
• Conduct supplier audits (QMS, CMS)
• Thực hiện đánh giá nhà cung cấp liên quan đến QMS và CMS
• Execute QMS activities (e.g. participate in 4M/FMEA teams, quality assessments)
• Thực hiện các hoạt động của QMS (ví dụ: tham gia nhóm 4M/FMEA, đánh giá chất lượng)

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

• College or University degree in Quality Management, ISO, or related fields
• Tốt nghiệp Cao đẳng hoặc Đại học chuyên ngành Quản lý Chất lượng, ISO hoặc các ngành liên quan
• Good knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 13485 standards
• Hiểu biết vững về các tiêu chuẩn ISO 9001, ISO 13485
• Fluent in English (speaking, reading, and writing)
• Thành thạo tiếng Anh (nghe, nói, đọc, viết)
• At least 2 years of experience in ISO System Management
• Tối thiểu 2 năm kinh nghiệm trong quản lý hệ thống ISO
• Skilled in ISO 9001 and 13485 auditing
• Thành thạo kỹ năng đánh giá (audit) theo tiêu chuẩn ISO 9001 và 13485
• Strong logical thinking, communication, and presentation skills
• Tư duy logic tốt, kỹ năng giao tiếp và thuyết trình hiệu quả
• Knowledge and experience with FMEA methodology
• Có kiến thức và kinh nghiệm áp dụng phương pháp FMEA

• Language allowance: 500,000 - 2,000,000 VND per month
• Fuel, housing, childcare, attendance, and other allowances as per company policy.
• Probation of 60 days
• Internal & external training on soft skills and professional expertise.
• Working time: Monday to Friday, 08:00-16:45, 4 Saturdays working per year.
