Oikos Property Developments is a rapidly growing company active in the real estate sector. We would like to include in our team a Business Development Manager, fluent in Vietnamese, for permanent occupation full time.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities in international property markets
Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, agents, and institutional clients
Execute sales strategies and close deals
Attend international property exhibitions and networking events
Collaborate with marketing and legal teams to streamline cross-border transactions
Provide market insights and analysis to guide strategic decision-making
Requirements:
Proven track record in international real estate sales or business development (3+ years preferred)
Fluent in Vietnamese and English; knowledge of other languages is a plus
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Self-motivated, results-oriented, and adaptable to global business environments
Familiarity with real estate CRM tools and platforms
Ability to travel internationally when required
