We are seeking DEA-registered prescribing doctors to join our mission of improving access to gender-affirming care across the United States. This role is not just about writing prescriptions—it is about creating tangible impact in the lives of individuals navigating their healthcare journey with courage and resilience.

Key Responsibilities

As a prescribing doctor in this program, you will:

• Review, sign, and issue prescriptions electronically through our partner pharmacy, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and patient safety.
• Focus on gender-affirming medications, a specialized but essential area of healthcare.
• Support patients across multiple states—since doctors may be licensed in up to 15 jurisdictions, those with multi-state registration are highly valued.
• Work flexibly, completing prescriptions on a schedule that fits your professional commitments.

This model emphasizes efficiency and accessibility. All prescriptions are processed electronically, reducing administrative burdens and ensuring patients receive their medications without unnecessary delays.

Professional Requirements

• Active DEA registration and medical license(s) in at least one of the following states: Texas, Ohio, Arizona, Missouri, Tennessee, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, North Carolina, or Pennsylvania.
• Strong professional ethics and commitment to patient-centered care.
• Openness to working in a fast-evolving area of medicine that requires sensitivity, discretion, and inclusivity.

Compensation & Commitment

• Compensation is $1.50 per prescription signed, offering a scalable model that rewards efficiency and consistency.
• The program is set to begin in November 2025 (exact date to be confirmed), allowing for preparation and onboarding.
