OVERALL JOB PURPOSE:

Responsible for leading and overseeing all Human Resources and Administrative functions of Tan Chong Da Nang plants. This role includes formulating, implementing, and periodically reviewing HR-related policies and procedures, covering recruitment and succession planning, compensation and benefits, training and development… in alignment with Group policies and in compliance with Vietnamese labor laws. Additionally, responsible for performance management, HR information systems, and supervising the daily operations and activities of the HR-Admin Department.


JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Managing the full spectrum of Human Resources functions, including HR processes and tools, recruitment and selection, learning and development, compensation and benefits, employee relations, as well as other related HR administrative functions.
  • Managing all administrative-related activities while optimizing administrative costs; coordinating with other departments to organize company events, meeting, arrange visitor services, and lead employee engagement initiatives.
  • Manage and oversee office management, facilities, assets, services, and general administration. Ensuring that daily HR and administrative operations are carried out smoothly and efficiently.
  • Maintaining and up-to-date knowledge of relevant employment legislation, emerging trends, and best practices in order to contribute effectively to the resolution of internal issues and to propose well-founded improvements to HR policies.
  • Ensuring the retention and continuity of talent within the organization by establishing effective talent management programs and succession planning.
  • Managing manpower planning and staffing, including recruitment and selection.
  • Motivating and fostering a positive workplace environment, while ensuring the development of talent pools within the organization through the establishment of effective employee training and development programs.
  • Liaise with relevant government authorities on matters pertaining to HR & industrial relations.
  • Conducting regular updates of HR policies, processes, and procedures to ensure the Company remains aligned with current practices, and communicating any new developments to Management.
  • Ensuring the effectiveness and efficiency of HR operations through compliance with ISO quality procedures, HR KPIs, statutory regulations, employee policies, and guidelines.
  • Work closely with other departments to achieve common goals for the Company.
  • Ad-hoc assignments as assigned by the Board of Directors.


QUALIFICATIONS, SKILL AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or a related field

2.Skill & Experience:

  • At least 5 years of experience in an HRM role. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in the manufacturing industry.
  • ISO knowledge, fluent in written and spoken English and proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Possess experience in training, strong knowledge of payroll (Include SHUI and PIT), and experience in developing employee policies, as well as compensation and benefits guidelines.
  • Have good presentation and training skills & strong interpersonal communication.
  • Well verse in Vietnam’s Labour Code and other relevant regulations or statutory requirements.
