Job Summary

The Human Resources Manager will oversee all aspects of HR practices and processes. You will support business needs and ensure the proper implementation of company strategy and objectives, fostering a strong, positive workplace culture in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with overall business goals.
• Lead full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, and talent retention efforts.
• Establish and maintain HR policies, procedures, and systems.
• Drive performance management and employee development programs.
• Provide guidance on organizational structure, workforce planning, and succession planning.
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
• Oversee compensation, benefits, and payroll in collaboration with Finance.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, inclusion, and high performance.
• Act as a trusted advisor to management on all people-related matters.
• Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree or HR certification is a plus).
• At least 5 years of experience in a similar HR management position, preferably in a finance service or related

• Proven track record of managing HR functions in a fast-paced, dynamic company.
• Strong understanding of employment law, labor relations, and HR best practices.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
• High level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism.
• Familiarity with HRIS systems and data-driven HR approaches.

• Bonus – 13th Salary (yearly, upon Tet holidays and end-year closing).

• Working hours: 9:00 ~ 18:00 (Mon - Fri)
