Mô tả công việc

  • End-to-End HR Operations: Lead and oversee all HR functions, including recruitment, compensation & benefits, organizational development, learning & development, and internal communications, in alignment with the company’s overall strategy.
  • Strategy Execution: Translate leadership directives into actionable plans with clear roadmaps and measurable performance indicators.
  • Process Systemization: Establish, standardize, and continuously improve HR operational tools (SOPs, tracking dashboards, KPI frameworks) to enhance automation and reduce dependency on individuals.
  • Monitoring & Bottleneck Resolution: Closely track HR team performance and progress; proactively identify risks and resolve issues to ensure timely project delivery.
  • Internal Partnership: Act as the key liaison working directly with department managers to address HR challenges and optimize organizational effectiveness.
  • Organizational Structuring: Develop and refine organizational structures, competency frameworks, career paths, and performance management systems.
  • Learning & Development: Analyze workforce capabilities (skill gaps) to design practical L&D programs that support business growth.
  • Talent Development & Succession: Build Individual Development Plans (IDPs), enhance leadership capabilities, and establish succession planning strategies.
  • Leadership Support: Partner closely with department leaders to develop employees and retain high-performing talent.
  • Employee Experience Optimization: Design and continuously improve the employee journey from onboarding to offboarding.
  • Culture Building: Translate Sonat’s core values into tangible actions and initiatives that foster a positive and engaging work environment.
  • Employer Branding: Collaborate with relevant teams to implement employer branding initiatives, ensuring alignment between external image and internal experience.
  • Engagement Measurement: Regularly assess and improve employee satisfaction, engagement, and the effectiveness of internal communication channels.
  • Workforce Planning: Partner with department heads to forecast hiring needs and develop recruitment plans aligned with business goals.
  • Recruitment Effectiveness Measurement: Evaluate hiring performance using key metrics such as Time-to-Hire, Quality of Hire, and Offer Acceptance Rate.
  • Talent Pool Development: Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through talent pooling and mapping for long-term workforce planning.
  • Compensation & Benefits Optimization: Design and refine competitive C&B structures aligned with market benchmarks and company resources.
  • Compliance Management: Ensure adherence to legal regulations regarding payroll, bonuses, insurance, personal income tax, and employee records.
  • Employee Relations: Handle labor relations issues, internal discipline, and disputes in compliance with policies and legal requirements.
  • HR Data & Reporting: Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to leadership, proposing data-driven HR solutions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • A minimum of 05 years of experience in HR, with at least 02 years in an HR Leader/HR Manager role or equivalent.
  • Hands-on experience across multiple HR functions: Talent Acquisition, OD, L&D, C&B, and Employee Relations.
  • Proven track record in building HR systems: SOPs, Competency Frameworks, Career Paths, Performance Management, and Talent Development.
  • In-depth knowledge of Labor Law, C&B practices, and relevant legal regulations.
  • Experience in the IT or Game industry is a strong plus.

  • 13th-Month Salary: Guaranteed (independent of performance evaluations).
