Mô tả công việc

  • Lead the development and execution of succession planning initiatives to ensure a strong leadership and talent pipeline across the organization.
  • Partner closely with HR Management and Department Heads to conduct regular talent assessments and people review sessions, identifying and developing high-potential employees.
  • Monitor succession pipelines and create actionable development plans to strengthen internal talent readiness.
  • Integrate succession planning strategies with performance management, learning & development, and internal mobility programs.
  • Manage and oversee the full performance management cycle, including OKRs, KPIs, and 360-degree feedback processes, ensuring consistency, fairness, and high evaluation standards across teams.
  • Support the resolution of performance-related issues and facilitate Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs) when required.
  • Coach and guide managers on employee assessment, effective feedback delivery, and data-driven people management decisions.
  • Provide consultation and support on employee relations matters, including workplace conflicts, grievances, disciplinary actions, and employment terminations for non-complex cases.
  • Ensure HR practices and processes remain fully compliant with Vietnam Labor Law and internal company regulations.
  • Assess people-related operational risks and recommend appropriate solutions to HR leadership.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance HR processes, operational efficiency, and risk management.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management.


Requirements

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience partnering with business stakeholders to drive people strategies, employee development, and organizational growth.
  • Previous experience within the Technology or E-commerce industry is highly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of modern performance management frameworks, including OKRs, KPIs, and 360-degree feedback methodologies.
  • Proven ability to design, standardize, and optimize HR processes and workflows.
  • Hands-on experience with HRIS platforms such as Base, Odoo, SAP, or similar systems.
  • Digital mindset with the ability to streamline and automate repetitive administrative processes.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to transform HR data into meaningful insights and actionable recommendations.
  • Capable of acting as a strategic partner to Technical and Product teams, providing consultative support and constructive challenges when necessary.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to handle sensitive situations professionally and decisively.
  • Practical, solution-oriented mindset with a strong focus on business impact
