Mô tả công việc

In charge of whole recruitment process for Vietnamese vacancies, i.e. job post, resume screening, interview, job offer
Deliver employee orientation
Execute key HR processes, i.e. onboarding, exit management, for Vietnamese employees.
Serve as a main point of contact and manage the relationships with line/operation leaders
Resolve any escalated employee issues and risks
Other tasks as assigned.

Bachelor Diploma of Psychology, Behavioral Science or any Human Resource-related courses
Computer literate, with experience using Microsoft-platform applications
Team player, interpersonal skills, people-oriented
Good communication skills
Good English skills
Flexible and is able to multi-task
Professional working attitude
