Mô tả công việc

Take a culture first approach to all training and skill development, ensuring people not only know how but why the company operates the way they do.
Work with regional and local managers and trainers to build and develop their training, people management, and coaching skills
Create and deliver Train The Trainer (T3) courses and ongoing learning for new trainers and for people in relevant roles
Work with regional and local managers, trainers and food coaches to enhance current, plan new and prepare all necessary training. Hard and soft skills
Train on company products, professional skills and other skills required to run the business and provide an excellent customer journey
Plan set up for and run effective in person and online training up to the company standards.
Create and maintain a system of assessments and evaluations and ensure all results are submitted and reported on.
Maintain active continual professional development to support performance of the all roles

At least 5 years of training experience, creating content, delivering it and running a team / training others to do the same.
Excellent verbal communication, facilitation, presentation & listening skills (English & Vietnamese)
Experience in working across multiple channels to deliver a comprehensive training proposition to end users
Must be able to interact at all levels in an organization
Highly motivated and dedicated, ability to motivate others
High level of independent thinking & judgment when making decisions/solving issues
Creativity in developing programs and methods for engaging teams toward the success of their goals
Proactive & social
Solution oriented
Knowledge about corporate culture and engagement
