- Ensure the basics
- Make sure company's values are demonstrated
- Create and implement programs that aim to improve employee's satisfaction, motivation and well-being
- Develop communications strategy that will engage employees
- Give employee a voice, compile their feedback, and use it to improve the company culture
- Work with team to identify areas of improvement and develop strategies to address them
- Work with managers on how to be effective leaders and and create a positive working environment
- Train employees how to deal with stress and navigate difficult conversations
- Support employee to grow
- Create and encourage an enjoyable environment
- Develop policies and procedures for remote work, and ensure that the company's culture and values are upheld when employees are not in the office
- Coordinate internally to ensure a smooth operation of a remote workforce
- Ensure that remote employees are productive and comfortable
- Develop and promote the Employment Branding
- Conduct Employment branding campaign, event, ...
- Others tasks according to job's needs
- At least 8 years of experience in Human resources, 3+ years in the similar position
- Have a real interest in people and want to take care of them
- Strong in verbal and written communication skills
- Strong in strategy building and implementation
- Be compassion and emotionally intelligent
- Be creative
- Strong problem solving skills
- Excellent people skills
- Fluent English. French will be a plus
