Operational
- Maintain, update, and monitor customer, supplier, and product master data in our systems
- Support the preparation and creation of new master data records, ensuring compliance with defined quality standards
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Warehouse, eCommerce, Controlling, and Supply Chain to ensure consistent data
- Assist in monitoring and optimizing data flows in Operations
- Provide support in handling internal and external master data-related inquiries
- Contribute to the creation and maintenance of process documentation in the master data environment
- Participate in internal team meetings and occasionally support cross-functional projects
Strategic
- Contribute to the ongoing improvement of data quality and related processes
- Support the identification of system gaps or data inconsistencies in close coordination with other departments
- Take part in the implementation of new tools, workflows, or reports related to master data
- Assist with analyses regarding data quality, data availability, and the performance of master data processes
- Help implement measures to increase data reliability and process security
Your skillset – as strong as our protein
- Completed commercial training or a comparable degree
- Initial practical experience in data maintenance, e.g., through internships, training, or student positions
- Basic understanding of business processes and interfaces in a B2B environment
- Very good German and English skills
- Confident use of MS Office applications (especially Excel)
- Initial experience with SAP
- Careful and structured working style with a strong focus on quality
- Willingness to learn and interest in data and supply chain processes
- Strong team spirit, communication skills, and enjoyment of cross-functional collaboration
- High sense of responsibility and reliability
