A globally recognized software product corporation (financially stable, not a startup) is hiring a Human Resources Manager at its Hanoi headquarters office. This is a new key leadership position, offering a competitive salary for the right candidate with strong international exposure.

Key Responsibilities

+ Develop and implement group-wide HR policies.

+ Lead recruitment activities and employer branding initiatives.

+ Oversee C&B, performance appraisal, and talent development systems.

+ Advise and partner with senior leadership on organizational strategy.

+ Drive engagement programs and strengthen company culture.

Required skills and experiences

• 7–15 years of HR experience, including at least 3 years as HR Manager in tech/IT companies.
• Proven track record in implementing HR policies in Europe/US markets.
• Experience working and negotiating with C-level stakeholders.
• Ability to lead and manage HR across multiple time zones.
• Strong in recruitment and matrix organizational HR management.
• Fluent English, resilient, results-driven, work ethic at global standards.

Preferred experiences

Candidates with international experience will be prioritized. Ideally, those who have studied or worked abroad (especially in developed countries), or returnees with experience in large/global corporations headquartered in Vietnam.
