- International Business Strategy Development: Build and implement international business strategies based on market research and opportunity analysis.
- Seeking and Building Partnerships: Identify, establish, and maintain collaborative relationships with international partners, including manufacturers, distributors, and strategic partners.
- Market Development: Create and promote the company's presence in new international markets through building distribution networks, marketing plans, and product marketing.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor and evaluate international business performance, including tracking sales revenue, net profit, and progress towards achieving targets.
- Budget Planning and Management: Develop international business plans, manage budgets related to international business development activities.
- Team Leadership and Management: Lead and manage the team working in the international business development department, ensuring they perform assigned tasks and meet objectives.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Management, or related fields.
- At least 5 years of experience in international business development in the pharmaceutical industry or related fields.
- In-depth knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry and an understanding of international regulations related to pharmaceutical products.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both spoken and written, along with the ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.
- Leadership ability, team management, and relationship-building skills
