Mô tả công việc

  • CT Solution Sales toward Japanese company in Vietnam (HCMC or HN)
  • Support ongoing engagement of employees in the assigned stakeholder group through communication, information sharing, and knowledge management.
  • Direct the team's focus, set goals, look at data, motivate and help create training opportunities. 
  • Work with large profile customers or with customer complaints, analyze budgets.
  • Determine ways to streamline and improve the sales process.


Job Requirements

  • Work experience in ICT Provider company such as NW Carrier, System Integrator, or IT Manufacturer. (not mandatory)
  • Over 3 years of working experience.
  • Language Proficiency in English and Japanese.
  • Good Technical understanding of the vast range of IT operations and NTT service offerings is an advantage.
  • Diligent, punctual, friendly, honest Personality / Character.
  • Good client engagement and relationship-building skills.
  • Age Range from 25 to 50.
  • Logical Thinking, Conceptual Thinking, Drawing Diagram and making Document in a Systematic Way.
  • Being able to identify Cause & Effect.
  • Being able to make Schedule planning of sales.
  • A subject matter expert with the ability to work in high-pressure situations.
  • Ability to manage assigned work processes.
  • Ability to manage urgent and complex tasks simultaneously.
  • Good understanding and knowledge of international labor legislation and practices.
