Tester (Japanese Native)

• Manage and continuously improve the full software testing process, ensuring timelines and quality standards are consistently achieved.
• Lead and coordinate the testing team through all phases, including workload planning, coaching, and performance management.
• Anticipate and address potential project risks, technical challenges, or process inefficiencies, and drive practical improvements.
• Ensure all testing outcomes meet defined quality criteria and align with stakeholder expectations.

Requirements

• Demonstrated background in leadership or people management roles.
• Hands-on experience in software quality assurance/testing or IT project coordination.
• Strong communication skills in either English or Vietnamese; bilingual ability is an advantage.
• Proactive and independent working style with a strong sense of initiative.
• High level of accountability and dedication to delivering successful project outcomes.
• Adaptable, open-minded, and comfortable working in dynamic or evolving environments.
• Currently based in Vietnam.
