Mô tả công việc
- Performing tasks directly related to the professional accounting profession in accordance with the provision of Law, ensuring a perfect, accurate, honest, timely recording and calculation of the whole business activities process within the company.
- Responsible for managing cash and bank transactions.
- Receiving and reviewing the legality of invoices and documents.
- Working in compliance with the authorities regarding accounting such as tax, social insurance, and banks.
- Periodically report to Director regarding the financial activity of the company
- Tracking the situation of revenue and expenditure and planning quarterly/yearly company activities budget
- Preparing and declaring monthly, quarterly & yearly tax reports for VAT, PIT, CIT ... and responsible for these taxes payment on time.
- Purchasing assets and equipment and managing fixed assets by law and Company Policy.
- Other duties as assigned by the Director.
- Good level of English
- Proficient in using Excel, and accounting software applications.
- At least 2 years experience as an Accountant (preferably in an import-export company
- Know how to make financial statements, tax reports, report on revenue and expenditure, issue invoices, balance invoices, etc.
- A profound grasp of tax policies, an understanding of accounting standards, and knowing how to apply accounting practices.
- Having an understanding of the business of shipping companies, logistics, and the textile industry is an advantage.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Be honest, careful, meticulous, a high sense of responsibility.
