1. Job Summary

Associate Product ( Technical) support analysts provide technical support and troubleshooting

services involving our products for simple issues, provide this support for either

external clients or internal teams who are product users. Test simple WIs in sprint if

requested.

2. Key Responsibilities

A. Responsibilities

• Study product knowledge and customer requirements

• Work with customers on their requests. Troubleshoot the simple

issues. successfully solve client issues, including:

- Analyze the requirements of assigned tasks

- Troubleshoot email issues

- Provide the requested results or root cause, corrective action,

and preventive action of the issue via email to the client

• Test simple WIs in sprint

• Do other tasks requested by Team Lead

B. Information Security Responsibilities

The employee is liable for keeping the confidentiality of all technological

and business secrets of the Company during the employment.

3. Job Qualifications

3.1. Educational Background

At least 6 month relevant experience in Web/application/IoT/SaaS product support . Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information System is a plus.

3.2. Knowledge & Skills

● Able to read, listen, and write in English at a basic level

● Basic presentation and communication skills

● Basic troubleshooting skills

● Basic knowledge of testing concepts

● Proficient in using Microsoft Office.

3.3. Experience

● Have knowledge in providing customer support for a Web/SaaS product

  • Have knowledge in Agile/ Scrum
  • At Least 6 month working in IT filed

3.4. Attitude

● Ability to build relationships, build trust with colleagues

● Be willing to improve, be innovative and creative

● Self-motivate and strong learning motivation

● Adapt well to the company's culture and working environment

● Follow the information security regulations of Bestarion

● Ensure information security in a certain project
