Role Overview

We are seeking a business-oriented Presales Executive to support our expansion in the Japanese market. This role bridges Sales, Clients, and Product teams — helping customers understand the business value of the company’s AI Voice solutions and guiding them through evaluation and adoption.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support Sales team in driving opportunities in the Japan market
  • Engage with enterprise clients to understand business needs and propose suitable AI Voice solutions
  • Deliver solution presentations, demos, and value-driven proposals
  • Prepare RFP/RFI responses and commercial solution documents
  • Coordinate internally to shape competitive and scalable solutions
  • Provide market insights to refine product positioning for Japan

Job requirement

  • 3+ years in Presales, Business Development, or Solution Consulting (B2B/Enterprise)
  • Experience working with Japanese clients or in Japan market
  • Strong communication & presentation skills
  • Business-level Japanese (JLPT N1/N2 preferred)
  • Good English communication
  • Experience in SaaS, AI, Contact Center, Fintech, or Enterprise Solutions is a plus
