Currently, our customers are in FMCG, Nutrition and insurance. Organizing events related to conferences, seminars, exhibitions.
I. Responsibilities:
A. Project Briefing:
– Attend client briefing sessions.
– Take responsibility for summarizing the formal brief, and identifying & analyzing the required information to provide the creative team with a clearly defined brief. This brief should contain concise product, audience, and strategy information.
B. Brainstorming:
– Spearheaded and participate in brainstorming sessions.
– Conduct research, which includes gathering information, statistics, and visuals. This research will analyze all relevant and necessary data.
– Understand the clients’ businesses, provide insights, and leverage knowledge about clients, products, and markets. Propose strategies, innovative ideas, and solutions for proposals that align with clients’ needs and expectations.
C. Proposal:
– Document the results of brainstorming sessions to create an internal deployment plan, which includes briefing all involved departments and setting deadlines.
– Ensure quality control and adhere to deadlines for proposals.
– Gather all critical information and incorporate it logically into proposals. Create presentations that are both logically structured and aesthetically pleasing.
– Play a significant role in developing proposals and quotes for event creative concepts that set our service apart.
– Facilitate regular two-way communication between clients and the team, providing strong team representation and setting appropriate client expectations.
– Develop and present marketing campaigns at client pitches.
– Minimum of 1-3 years of hands-on experience in an Event Agency with a strong background in project planning and execution.
– A keen interest in exploring new and creative concepts/ideas/experiences and incorporating them into suitable proposals.
– Must be up-to-date with the latest trends, technology, and marketing ideas.
– Able to work under high pressure.
– Willingness to work overtime and on weekends to ensure quality results.
