Getting requirements from Japan
Analytics for the business/technical purposes
Propose the possible best solution
Coding
Assure the quality of the system

Good knowledge and experience in NodeJS and Angular framework.
Good knowledge about C#, ASP MVC
Good database knowledge: MySQL, MSSQL, Oracle, …
Knowledge of web application, OOP, MVC, DesignPattern
Front-end programming experiences: HTML5, CSS3, SCSS, Javascript is most preferred.
Familiar with Ruby on Rails, AWS (EC2, DynamoDB, SQS, etc) are the plus.
Knowledge of software engineer toolkits, such as git, docker + vagrant is a big plus
Basic Linux knowledge
Testing: experience in the unit test, functional test (integration test is a plus)
Ability to self-study the tech stack as well as work independently.
International mindset
Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills
Ability to conduct research into software-related issues and products
Ability to analyze and propose the business requirement
Being studious, active, creative, and positive in working
Extraordinary attention to details
Have potential to be a leader in the near future
