Mô tả công việc

1. Customer services

  • Provide and monitor customer services to existing customers in industrial gas business to ensure service quality and avoid any deviation or conflicts with customers
  • Consult and introduce new services/gas products and application
  • Support trouble shooting at customers’ sites together with Technical team
  • Follow up customs clearance procedures for transaction sales into export processing zones
  • Monitor sales revenue/receivables, ensure no bad debts
  • Administer sales expenses and compliance activities
  • Perform assigned sales targets and maintain positive profits
  • Deploy digitalization projects together with Nippon Sanso groups

2. Sales/ Business development

  • Develop and turn sales prospects into customers
  • Collect and analyze industrial gas market information
  • Handling sales processes, from cost calculation, quotation, negotiation until sales contract and sales transactions.
  • Seek for opportunities to enlarge industrial gas services and gas application in local manufacturing environment


Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree in Business Administration/ Economics/ Technical
  • Having experience in Sales Engineer or Sales Project is a big plus
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Positive mindset, Logical thinking and Resilience
  • Business English or Japanese speaking
  • PC skills in presentation, data analysis
