Mô tả công việc

Understand normal business flow and be able to operate and work with systems/platforms.
Join meetings with Japanese clients to collect their requests and support in setting up the system for them.
Build and maintain close working relationships with related departments (Tech and Customer success team in JP Headquarter)
Other tasks and reports assigned by managers/leaders.

Good command of Japanese (N2 level is a must) & basic English communication.
Japanese speaking is at an appropriate level to communicate with our clients.
Office equipment system skills (email, internet, Microsoft Office and related software).
Having on job training for non-experienced candidates, but having knowledge of operating systems/platforms or managing customer relationships is a plus.
Having high energy, enjoy working in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment.
Work hard with carefulness and patience due to the nature of the job.
