Mô tả công việc

Handling and multitasking all requests, customer’s inquiries (questions, complaints, requests) via Live chat/ Email/ Phone Call or any company available communication tools
To respond, escalate, follow up, endorse and help resolve pending inquiries, requests and complaints
To ensure reliability to be able to provide 24/7 customer service all the time
Recommending, suggesting ideas, feedback, etc. contribute to and develop and implement work improvement initiatives or business objectives
Coordinating with other departments to pursue important issues and to find out root causes
Assisting on data taking, providing daily, weekly or monthly data consolidation, analysis on report when required
Provide timely information to Team Leader whenever there are critical issues to report.

Finished at least High School Diploma
At least 6 months or above of working experience in customer service.
Computer literate, with experience using Microsoft-platform applications
Can work in shifting and/or night schedule
