Mô tả công việc

Scope of Work


  • Direct Hotline counseling/receiving calls, emails, messages (email, chat, voice) from customers to answer questions, support to resolve customer complaints about products and services on the e-commerce platform.
  • Update information on the system.
  • Perform other duties as required by superiors.


Requirements


  • Proficiency in Japanese (listening, speaking, reading, writing). Must have JLPT N1 certificate
  • Graduated High School or higher education.
  • Having experiences in customer services is an advantage.
  • Loud & clear voice.
