Mô tả công việc

Continuously update & aggregate purchase requests from the sales department to plan international monthly purchases.
Prepare documents for goods (IN, CT, PL, BL, HS code, ...)
Working with shipping lines, and shipping agents to arrange shipment
Help the sale department to contact China suppliers and give import advice to purchase goods economically.
Assist with other tasks when required

Graduated from a regular college or higher related to majors in Import - Export, Foreign Trade, Logistics, or related industries.
Have at least 2 years of experience in Logistics.
Understanding customs procedures, documents on customs procedures, and import and export.
Fluent in English communication.
Having good knowledge of Chinese is preferred.
Acting agile, honest, responsible, self-conscious, and proactive at work.
Good computer skills, time management, and strong communication and negotiation skills.
