Job Description:

• Manage the approval process of product development (from concept to pre-prod samples to final products). Ensure that all product submissions by licensees are approved in a timely manner and recorded in the approval system.
• Establish strong connection with licensees and licensors to facilitate Brand Assurance & Creative requests, issues and needs.
• Fulfill Brand Assurance & Creative functions for IPs as per brand guidelines.
• Provide regular training and creative consult to licensees.
• Continually work with other related teams on a daily basis.
• Support in all aspects of Brand Assurance & Creative jobs.
• Assisting in research and development of branding/style guide/creative projects.

Job Requirement:

• Good level of general education, preferably a design or arts diploma/degree;
• At least 3 years and above in licensing/advertising agency or related design field;
• Good English skills;
• Strong experience with graphics packages (Adobe Illustration, Photoshop etc.);
• Knowledge in Motion graphic/3D programs/Video edit are advantage;
• Interested in characters;
• Initiative, able to work independently as well as good team worker, attention to detail and strong time management/organization skills;
• Well-manner, discipline, optimistic, strong passion to work, enthusiastic and willing to learn.
