Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective on-page, off-page, and technical SEO strategies to improve website rankings and organic traffic.
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and content gap analysis.
• Optimize website structure, landing pages, and content for search engines (Google, Bing, etc.).
• Monitor and analyze website performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.
• Collaborate with Content Team to create SEO-friendly content.
• Manage backlinks strategy and outreach activities.
• Track, report, and analyze KPIs such as traffic, rankings, CTR, conversion rate, and ROI.
• Stay updated with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and best practices.
• Support website optimization for UX/UI and page loading speed.
• Coordinate with developers for technical SEO improvements.

Job Requirements:

• At least 1–2 years of experience as an SEO Specialist or similar role.
• Solid knowledge of SEO tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, etc.).
• Strong understanding of on-page SEO, technical SEO, and off-page SEO.
• Experience with website CMS (WordPress, Shopify or similar).
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and website structure is an advantage.
• Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• English proficiency is required. Knowledge of Chinese and/or Japanese is a plus.
