• Actioning incoming calls and emails for estimates
• Establishing and maintaining relationships with key customers
• Reading CAD/Technical drawings to determine necessary processes for manufacture
• Assessing the risk level and potential profit associated with a project
• Advising customers on our technical capabilities and setting realistic expectations
• Quote and estimate generation within our CRM system
• Preparing and submitting quotations and details of costs for work to be done encompassing R&D, manufacturing and delivery
• Order processing within the CRM system
• Working alongside the design department to develop components to assist with production
• Communicate order, including all related documents, with the planning and production department to confirm correct resources are available
• Liaise and communicate with other departments to ensure works orders are completed with customer lead time
• Monitoring the costs at the different stages of a project to ensure it stays within the estimated costs
• Ensure all records are completed appropriately
• Protecting operations by keeping customers, their projects and suppliers information confidential
• Support, comply and ensure complicity with Health & Safety regulations, the Company Handbook, Quality and Environmental standards, and all other Company policies and procedures

Job requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in same positions
• Mathematics qualification
• Good level of speaking English
• Reading technical drawings
• Selling to customers
• Working knowledge of manufacturing process
• Understanding of aluminium fabrication, extrusion or machining industry
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Microsoft Work, Outlook, PowerPoint
• Ability to manage several projects
• Able to work cross functionally and collaboratively.

• Salary: Negotiable based on ability and efficiency (CV in English)
