Chief Accountant

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Accountant to join our team at Reetech (reetech.com.vn), one of REE's businesses

Job Purpose:

1. Monitor all accounting activities, ensure proper and accurate reports

2. Review accounting procedure, propose/ enhance innovation to increase the smoothness of accounting workflow (if any)

3. Ensuring the transparency of accounting activities of the Company

Job Responsibilities:

• Monitor all accounting activities to ensure all transactions fully recorded in accordance with accounting principle, comply with tax, all relevant regulation, and Group policy.
• Be responsible for day to day finance and accounts operations.
• Ensure proper and accurate accounts reconciliation on a monthly basis;
• Manage internal management reports for weekly/monthly;
• Working with Commercial and Project teams for assessing current project's situations and debt recovery.
• Manage and control project's costs and revenues.
• Manage cash flow planning and ensure funds availability for company operations
• Manage credit limits for customers to ensure accurately overdue and over credit limit information.
• Reviewing procedures and implementing controls to enhance business operations
• Keeping track of Company's financial health and keep it informed to the BOD if needed

• Bachelor Degree of Accounting and or relating field
• Chief Accountant Certificate, Other Accounting degree (such as ACCA) is a plus
• At least From 5 years experience in Accounting, in which at least 3 years in Management level (or Supervisor/ Team Leader level)
• Having experience in estimating construction/ project costs is a plus
• Good in relating accounting technical tools (Microsoft excel, Misa)
• Good in both English speaking & writing
• Self-motivated, Solution - oriented
• Passionate with accounting management
• Strong time management skills
