- Manage a team of 2 - 3 members doing C&B tasks for clients
- Perform on HR - C&B tasks for employee (salary, SHUI, PIT, contracts, annex, labour relation)
- Carry out Customer care and Assignee care duties on time, carefully and fully following HR2B procedures.
- Ensure data updated for all customers and assignees on MIS system and files.
- Prepare the team Accounts Receivable Report on time and accurately. Highlight potential issues to team members.
- Check the data entry of Admin.

- Vietnamese national with at least a college degree
- From 5 years experience in HR Employee relation/ C&B/ Payroll tasks
- Having experience in managing & supervising a team
- Business English level
- Good at computer skills spreadsheet & Google Drive
- Calm, friendly, able to get along with people well.
