- Responsible to work with business to identify areas or processes that can be improved, from initiation until completion of a standardization, enhancement, automation, or digitalization projects.

- Collaborate closely with the IT team to align business processes with information technology solutions, ensuring optimal integration and efficiency.

- Co-operate with Soft Ware Developer Company in Singapore to develop new systems for Container Shipping Lines.

- Co-operate with staff to apply systems and develop them in Vietnam shipping market.

- Regular conference meeting with oversea partners, developers to improve and develop system.

- Specific Projects: Liner X, CargoWise, SAGE integrations, EDIs ….

1. Identify improvement opportunities for new technology solutions within business units through existing process review and drive change from within.

2. Drive process standardization, automation, and digitalization projects to bring efficiency within existing processes, but also enhance the user experience of processes and products.

3. Support the creation of business case analysis for identified improvement opportunities.

4. Proposals for decisions and solutions for harmonization, digitization and automation of processes and products for coordination with the decision-makers or business units.

5. Document, manage and drive the assigned projects under observance of Project Management standards.

6. Manage and drive the assigned projects and initiatives within time & budget achieving target scenarios and end products as specified in each Project Business Case and/or Project Initiation

7. Lead organizational change management resulting from a planned project or activity.

8. Act as a local internal consultant, key contact, trainer, supervisor for projects from initiation until completion.

9. Ensure proper communication of projects status and risks/opportunities as well as changed project scopes.

10. Support business development efforts within the organization and group.

11. Collaborate closely with IT team to ensure seamless integration of business processes with information technology solutions, facilitating improved efficiency and effectiveness.

12. Collaborate with the IT team to integrate selected software solutions into the existing infrastructure, ensuring seamless data flow, system interoperability, and system security.

*** EDUCATION / TRAINING REQUIREMENT

• Degree in any field, preferably Information Technology, Computer Science or Business - related disciplines.

• Excellent communication skills (in both English and Vietnamese) and interpersonal skills.

• Good understanding of organizational change management.

• Good analytical & problem-solving skills

• Familiar with RPA software will be an added advantage.

*** WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT:

• A minimum of five years’ experience in logistics or marine background industry.

• Proven ability in developing and maintain detailed documentation of business solutions.

• Experience in process mapping and data modelling.
