Business Development Support (Japanese Speaking)

1.Main responsibilities

• Under management, understands the company's vision and strategy and performs a variety of tasks.
• Work with stakeholders within the organization to gather information, analyze the market, and conduct various public relations and marketing activities according to the target audience. (proposal preparation, website renewal, news releases, etc.)
• Together with the administrator, conduct proposal and sales activities mainly for Japanese customers. (Offshore development using low code, global human resources training, etc.)
• Travel to Japan to meet with clients and negotiate with them to create new projects as needed.
• Provide local support for Japanese in the training business in cooperation with stakeholders in the organization (various support during stay, hotel arrangements, transportation, etc.)
• Work with the manager to support the schedule creation and various types of local stay support for business trips by executives from Japan.
• Compile and report various management indices in response to shareholder requests in cooperation with the manager.
• Report, communicate, and consult with the manager closely on related and progress information of each business.

2.Requirement

• 3+ years, sales marketing experience
• Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with members and customers. - Strong people and relationship building skills.
• Diligent, excellent critical thinking and problem solving skills
• Excellent teamwork skills and a willingness to take on challenges
• Advantage Proficient in Japanese (at least N2)
• English proficiency is a plus
